  1. 如因欠繳宿舍電費無法登入申請，至自動繳費機繳費後，最多等2小時即能登入申請。
  2. 此處所填之email及連絡電話為您個人住宿期間之連繫管道，請務必填寫正確。如因填寫不實或有誤，而影響您個人權益，本組恕不負責。
    To receive the latest and important information while staying in dorm, please make sure to provide correct email address and contact phone number. The applicant shall be responsible for the consequences arising from incorrect information.
  3. 【個人申請】與【團體申請】只能擇一。
  4. 【團體申請】無法使用優良記點。
  5. 【團體申請】的隊員由學生自行組成，住宿服務組不會主動增加團員或協助配隊。
  6. 【團體申請】115/03/25上午11時後，經系統判定未申請成功之團體，系統會逕自刪除該團隊的所有【團體申請】資料，團隊中成員若仍有住宿意願，請參加【個人申請】。
