系統說明 | Application Guideline

  • 申請項目 | Application items & processing principles：
    • (A)申請指定互換(可多人)：申請互換的同學都需進行申請，且需填寫對象之寢室及學號，如為多人互換請先協調好誰要住哪個床位，系統依互換申請安排床位。
      [A] Mutual exchanges: The system will process the applications only when every applicant involved in the same exchange completes their applications.
    • (B)申請轉入指定空床位：若該空床位有多人申請，則由系統抽籤決定。
      [B] Appointed vacancy: The system will randomly choose one among the applicants when there is more than one applicant applying for the same vacancy.
    • (C)申請換至某棟宿舍：由系統隨機配對安排，如欲指定特定的寢室請勿以此項申請。 [C] Appointed dorm building, regardless of the room assignment: The system will randomly choose a vacancy when there is more than one vacancy available in the appointed dorm building.
  • 同學提出的申請，將於申請日期截止後開始處理。
    The applications will be processed when the application is closed.
  • 申請人可申請與相同學制性別之住宿生2人或多人互換，或轉換至所屬學制性別之各棟宿舍。同一空床位有多人申請，則由系統抽籤決定。
    The applicant may choose the dorms open to their degrees and genders. The system will randomly choose one among the applicants when there is more than one applicant applying for the same vacancy.
  • 特殊個案經專案申請核定安排於指定床位者及本學年度入學不分系學士學位學程新生不開放申請。如有疑問請洽特殊床位承辦人 許小姐(分機86355, z10212008@email.ncku.edu.tw)。
